My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has a story to share. We all experience life through different lenses, and these lenses impact how we experience the world. I believe that everyone is capable of healing from their life experiences. In my free time you can find me at the beach or on a walk with my goldendoodle. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends trying and exploring new places in Sonoma county
My Background and Approach
My journey working with adolescents and families began in a residential treatment facility in Sonoma County. While working in residential treatment, I provided children and their families intensive therapeutic services in individual and group settings. I facilitated child family team meetings and collaborated with the client’s families, teachers, social workers, and psychiatrists discussing our client’s progress and assisting them in meeting their treatment goals. While working in the residential treatment center I began working in a private practice setting in Sonoma County. I was able to utilize my experience from working in a residential setting and provide support and therapeutic services to members of the local community. I provide Individual, family, children and adolescent therapy services.
